Since our company was incorporated in 1994, we have become a large-scale producer of air conditioners. We currently produce 160 varieties in three major series and are also capable of manufacturing all of the necessary parts, components and accessories. Our annual output value has a total in excess of USD60,000,000.
At present, we have four workshops and ten production lines for manufacturing complete air conditioners; with an annual capacity of 2 million units. Meanwhile, over USD10,000,000 has been invested to complete the construction of 16 new workshops for producing components.
In the future we aim to realize a complete integrated production chain, from preliminary processing of raw materials through to distribution of finished products. This will effectively ensure the quality of raw materials, quality improvements for completed air conditioners, and minimization of production costs. We have already accomplished the basic framework of R&D, manufacturing, and after-sale services, with science and technology as the leading factor, production as the core and installation and maintenance services as the follow-up.
We have received numerous safety and quality authentications, including the European Union"s CE certification, the Chinese CCEE certificate, 1st Class energy efficiency label in Hong Kong, and the honorary title of "Qualified Products in Sampling Inspection" from the State QC and Technology Supervision Bureau for 6 years in succession. Additionally, we have also obtained ISO9002 certification for our overall quality system.
We have also developed four subsidiary organizations: the Sino-Japanese Cooperative Electronic Research Institute, Zhigao Technology Electronics Company, Chigo Installation & Maintenance School, and Guangdong Xinglong Refrigeration Engineering and Maintenance Center. With the company achieving steady growth, we have started construction of a new production base and development zone. It is anticipated that the entire project will be completed within three years, with our high-tech industrial zone becoming one of the largest production bases of air conditioners in China.
