Confirming the development, Mr. Karwal said he was serving a 3-month notice period.
"I will be going on a sabbatical for the next few months. I have not yet decided on my next assignment, though I am looking at several options," he said. It was not immediately clear who would take over the position previously held by Mr. Karwal.
The development comes amid speculation of a major restructuring at Electrolux Kelvinator. It is believed that Videocon group could acquire the company's manufacturing units and select brands. (Sify Finance) |
